# Overview

*Learn about user management and the specific privileges of Super Admins and Admins, including the Maker–Checker workflow for secure configuration changes.*

## Adding Admins

You can invite your colleagues by adding either a super admin or an admin to co-manage your Xoxoday Plum account.

* **Super Admins:** Have comprehensive power and control over the account.
* **Admins:** Have operational controls and restricted access to sensitive configurations.

  By default, when you signup for Xoxoday Plum, you'll be a super admin. Super admins in Plum have all controls, while Admin users have limited controls.

  Maker–Checker Governance: To ensure data integrity, all critical changes to catalogs and campaigns follow a Maker–Checker workflow. While an admin can be assigned both roles, **self-approval is strictly prohibited.**

## Admin versus Super Admin Privileges

Super admins have full control, while admins have limited access as detailed below:
