This integration enables loyalty members to redeem loyalty points effortlessly through Xoxoday’s marketplace using SSO or SAML authentication.

# Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Integration

With **Xoxoday’s Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Integration, you can seamlessly redirect your loyalty members from member portal (via Salesforce experience cloud or your own mobile app) to Xoxoday’s global marketplace (storefront) for reward redemption. This integration ensures a frictionless experience by supporting SSO (Single Sign-On) or SAML-based authentication**, allowing loyalty members to log in effortlessly to Xoxoday’s hosted storefront.

Leverage Salesforce Loyalty Points Use Salesforce Loyalty Cloud’s points engine to allocate loyalty points while allowing loyalty members to redeem them seamlessly through **Xoxoday’s reward catalog**.
