# Play & Win

The Play & Win category lets you redeem Xoxo Points to play interactive games and win rewards. Depending on the game outcome, you can win gift vouchers, mobile recharges, or other rewards.

  Available games may vary depending on your organization's reward program.

## Available Games

You may see one or more of the following games:

* **Spin the Wheel** – Spin the wheel for a chance to win a reward.
* **Roll the Dice** – Roll the dice to reveal the outcome.
* **Scratch Card** – Scratch the card to reveal whether you've won.

## How to Play

  <Step title="Choose a Game">
    * Open the Play & Win category.
    * Browse the available games.
    * Review the cost to play and the rewards available.
    * Click **Play Now**.

    The required Xoxo Points are deducted before the game begins.

  <Step title="Play the Game">
    Gameplay depends on the selected game:

    * **Spin the Wheel** – Spin the wheel to reveal your reward.
    * **Roll the Dice** – Roll the dice to determine the outcome.
    * **Scratch Card** – Scratch the card to reveal the result.

    Depending on the outcome, you may win a reward, receive another free attempt (if applicable), or see a "Better Luck Next Time" message.

  <Step title="Claim Your Reward">
    If you win:

    1. Click **Redeem Now**.
    2. Your reward is generated automatically.
    3. A confirmation screen displays your reward details.

    The reward is also added to your Play & Win Order History.

## View Play & Win History

All Play & Win rewards are available under the **Play & Win** tab in Order History. From here, you can view your game history, check the outcome of each game, view reward details, and play again (if the game is still available).

  Play & Win rewards are shown separately from your regular reward redemption history.

## Cancellation & Refund

Refund eligibility depends on when the issue occurs:

* **Game played successfully** – Not refundable. Once a game has been played, the Xoxo Points used to enter cannot be refunded.
* **Reward claimed** – Not refundable. Claimed rewards cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
* **Technical failure before the game starts** – Refunded automatically. If the game fails to launch after points are deducted, they're refunded automatically.
* **Technical issue during gameplay** – Handled manually. Contact Xoxoday Plum Support if you experience an issue while playing.
