This month, we are introducing enhanced administrative controls for our enterprise partners and high-capacity distribution features to scale your engagement efforts effortlessly. Here’s what’s new: **1. Flexible Billing Address Management ** Managing multiple legal entities just got easier. You can now choose, add, edit, or remove billing addresses directly while recharging your Xoxoday Plum account. The selected address is automatically reflected in both proforma and final invoice PDFs, giving your finance team full control and eliminating manual follow-ups.
**2. API Rate Limits for Improved Reliability **
To ensure platform stability and consistent performance for all integrations, we’ve introduced per-client rate limits across key APIs. This prevents accidental traffic spikes and keeps response times predictable, ensuring your standard business workflows remain uninterrupted.
**3. Issue up to 999 Gift Cards in One Go **
Speed up your large-scale distributions! You can now issue up to 999 gift cards in a single action directly from the Plum admin dashboard. This is perfect for high-volume seasonal incentives and one-time payouts—no more breaking bulk sends into multiple batches.
**4. Enhanced Rewards Points APIs **
We’ve upgraded our Rewards Points APIs for deeper transparency.
- Reversals: Cancel issued points directly via API using a unique transaction ID.
- Detail: Responses now provide recipient-level status and accurate success/failure indicators.
- Real-time: Track partial outcomes and troubleshoot issues as they happen.
