Anonymous Survey Automation

How does it work?

• Integration Setup: Ensure that Xoxoday is already connected with SurveyMonkey. If not, follow the integration guide to complete the setup.
• Campaign Creation: Verify that a campaign has been created in Xoxoday to align with your SurveyMonkey survey.

**Steps to send rewards to Anonymous surveys

Step 1: Create Anonymous Automation

## Step 2: Accept Guidelines Read the guidelines mentioned in the modal and accept it by clicking to select option ‘I understand the above guidelines’ and click ‘Continue’.

## Step 3: Setup your Automation Select the survey of your choice and set Reward settings by setting **Manual or Automatic **approval. You can also set the automation start date and end date with a limit on rewards sent.**​

## Step 4: Save and Launch** Once automation is launched, the settings cannot be changed.**​

## Step 5: Add Reward URL in Survey End Page Copy the reward claim page URL >> In SurveyMonkey**, select the Email Collector >> then, click ‘options’ and select** ‘Survey End Page >> Select Redirect a URL >> Paste the reward URL **here. Copy the given link.

## **Refresh Email Collector By Refreshing the Email Collector, our system will fetch new collectors and emails added to this survey. The new email address will be added to Eligible list for rewards. Only emails added in eligible list can receive rewards.

Select the ‘Refresh Email Collector’** button.
