Getting started with the Xoxoday Plum ↔ Typeform Integration

Follow the step-by-step guide to set up the integration between Xoxoday Plum and Typeform. Step 1 Go to Typeform → Apps and Integrations→ Search for Xoxoday Plum Step 2 Click on the “Xoxoday” card to connect with Xoxoday Plum. Step 3 Now, you will be redirected to the Xoxoday app registration page. **Log in/Sign-up **to your Xoxoday account with admin credentials to access the Xoxoday admin dashboard. Step 4 Click on the Recharge option on the Sidebar to Recharge your Plum Account to kickstart your campaign. Complete your KYB before doing the recharge, as you will be able to recharge only up to INR 10000 until your account is verified. Step 5
  • Click on Add Funds and Proceed with the Payment.

The recharged amount will now be reflected in your Xoxoday Wallet. ​Step 6 Once you have enough funds in your Xoxoday account, click **Campaign **Tab to Create a new Reward automation campaign. Step 7
  • Now, click ‘Create Reward Code/Reward Link Campaign’.
  • You will now be redirected to a page where you can customize reward automation details like Reward Amount, Reward Recurrence, Start Date, End Date, email templates to be sent, etc.
  • Now, click on the “Create Campaign” button.
**​ Step 8**
  • Now, go to Typeform Integration from the sidebar.
  • Click on “Create new” automation
  • You will now be prompted to “Select a Survey” for your Typeform Reward Automation.
  • Further to this, before launching your reward automation, you can also change;
Reward trigger settings to either automatically send rewards or have an approval process to manually approve rewards.
  • You can also set up a reward distribution logic based on a Custom time range or Maximum Reward count.
  • Now, click on the “Launch” button to activate the Typeform Reward automation.
**​ Select Survey Step 9** Navigate through the various Reward Automations → click on any specific Reward automation to take action like changing Reward Automation status (active to inactive), track the number of rewards distributed, etc. from your Typeform integration page on Xoxoday Plum.
