Here are the quick steps to send one at a time:

Navigate to Send Rewards > Reward Link > Select Campaigns

Use the drop-down to select the desired campaign name.

Choose Select Individually

Once done, choose “Select Individually” under the Add Recipients page.

Add recipient details

Add the recipient’s name and email address. Using advanced settings, you can customize email messages and notes for internal reference.

Add more recipients

Now, you can add more recipients manually to move ahead.

Set expiry and customize messages

Set an expiry (default is 12 months) and customize email and SMS messages as needed.

Send the reward

Click the “Send Reward” button at the bottom of the page to send the reward link.
