When your organization rewards you with a Reward Link, you receive an email from Xoxoday with a link to redeem it. You don’t need an account to redeem it. You verify your email address with an OTP when you collect your voucher. You can redeem your Reward Link only within its validity period.

Open the Link

In your reward email, click Redeem Now.

Select Reward

The brand selection page opens. Your reward value and validity date appear in the top-right corner. Select the reward you want.Screenshot 2026 10 11 At 11 48 23 AM

Confirm Details

The reward details open, including the value, expiration date, and terms and conditions. To choose a different brand, click X. Click Send OTP.

Enter OTP

You receive an OTP at the registered email address. Enter the OTP and click Collect Voucher.

Your order is placed. You receive an email with your order details at the email address you confirmed at checkout.
