The last months have brought a strong set of updates to Xoxoday Plum, with a focus on giving you greater control over your storefront, making rewards more secure, expanding redemption options, and strengthening compliance capabilities. Here’s what’s new:

01 — Self Serve Storefront Customization - Logo, Favicon & Brand Color

Admins can upload brand logo and favicon directly from the Rewards Hub, with a live preview and reset option. They can also select a brand color using a color picker or HEX code and instantly apply it across buttons, links, and highlights throughout the storefront. Previously, admins had to raise a request with our team to make these changes. None of these controls were self-serve, so even a small brand update could mean waiting on support or engineering. All three can now be configured directly within Plum Admin.

**02 — White-Labelled Reward Points Icon **

The points balance in the storefront header can now be customized with your own points icon.  Previously, this was a fixed Xoxoday coin icon. With this update, the points balance can now be branded alongside your logo, favicon, and storefront colors, creating a more consistent, white-labelled experience.

03 — Extended Japan Brand Catalogue The Japan brand catalogue is now extended with wider brand options, expanding reward coverage for customers and programs operating in the Japanese market. Customers can now discover, order, and fulfil Japan-based brand rewards end to end, creating a more seamless experience for program administrators and recipients. 04 — Shop, Save & Earn with Cashback A new Cashback category is now available in the marketplace, expanding the range of products and savings opportunities available to users. It also creates a new reason for users to return to the marketplace for everyday shopping, driving repeat engagement while giving admins a new category to configure, manage, and monetize.  Once credited, Cashback Points can be redeemed at checkout, used independently, or combined with payment gateway transactions and product discounts. Refunds are also supported throughout the journey.

**05 — Airmiles Added to the Reward API Catalogue ** Airmiles categories is now available through the Reward API catalogue, with support across products, brands, currencies, denominations, and countries.  This expands the range of reward options available through API integrations, giving customers and partners more flexibility to offer travel rewards across markets.

06 — Expanded Perks with Paid Options A new Paid Perks category is now available alongside Free Perks in the Marketplace Offers section.  Users can browse and purchase perks and offers using accumulated points, codes, or the payment gateway. This gives users more choice beyond free offerings, while giving businesses another way to introduce premium perks and expand their rewards proposition.  The checkout journey follows the same experience as gift vouchers, keeping the experience familiar and seamless.  **07 — Reward Campaign Management for API Customers ** API-rewarding customers can now customize reward catalogue options and email communication settings directly within Rewards Hub, giving them greater control over campaign configuration, catalogue selection, and recipient communications. This makes it easier to manage and update reward campaigns without relying on manual support or engineering assistance.  These catalogue and email settings are now consolidated under API Settings, creating a cleaner, more focused admin experience for API-first accounts.

08 —End-to-end Withholding Tax Handling The Xoxoday Marketplace now supports end-to-end withholding tax handling at the point of reward redemption.  For redemptions above a configurable annual threshold, the platform can display, calculate, and deduct the applicable taxation details based on the country and client program. Tax type, rate, threshold, and recipient identifier requirements can be configured to reflect local regulations.  The platform also supports tax reporting, helping retailers, dealers, and channel partners meet applicable tax obligations while giving enterprise clients greater control and visibility over compliance across their distribution networks.  09 — Enhanced Darwinbox Integration for Multi-Currency and Multi-Region reward programs We’ve enhanced our Darwinbox integration to support multi-currency, multi-region reward programs, enabling HR teams to run global campaigns while delivering a localized experience to every employee. The integration now captures each employee’s regional currency from Darwinbox and dynamically maps it to the appropriate catalog and point value. US employees, for instance, receive rewards in USD, while employees in India are rewarded in INR, all through a single, unified setup. 10 — Configurable Redemption Limits across categories Admins can now configure daily, weekly, and monthly redemption limits across all categories.  This is particularly useful for high-value reward categories, where program owners may want to set clear limits to manage budgets, control exposure, and prevent unusually high redemption activity. **11 — Brand Filter on Merchandise Stores ** A new Brands filter is now available on merchandise stores.  Brands are automatically populated from the catalogue and displayed alphabetically, making it easier for users to discover products from their preferred brands, especially across larger catalogues with a wide variety of products.

**12 — “Buy Now” Direct Checkout ** The new Buy Now flow lets users purchase a single product directly without going through a shared cart.  Each order remains within a single category, creating a simpler and faster checkout experience for users while reducing the fulfilment complexity that can come with mixed-category orders.  Keeping up with the new features is the first step.
