Over the past month, we’ve added a new redemption category, built stronger spending and redemption controls for admins, and improved reporting with deeper visibility into categories, discounts, and travel transactions. Each update is built around one goal: making the reward experience easier to manage for your team and more valuable for your users.  01 - Let channel partners and influencers cash out points directly to a bank account  Users can now redeem their reward points to cash, via direct bank transfer, prepaid card, e-wallet or UPI through a new cashout category on the storefront.   For programs where unredeemed points and catalog relevance have been a persistent concern, particularly in channel incentives, influencer rewards, survey panels or refund credits this gives users a tangible cash-out option.  Users get real value of the rewards regardless of geography or preference. Xoxoday catalogue now supports  20+ payout options globally,

**02 — Category-level spending controls **  Admins can now configure daily or monthly redemption limits on specific reward categories, starting with gift cards and merchandise. Category-level spending controls are enforced on the backend, without altering the catalog experience for the user.  Here is what this means for Xoxoday Storefront integration customers:
  • Predictable budget control: Keeps spending in check at the category level and ensures your monthly reward budget doesn’t get exceeded.
  • Balanced catalog experience: Prevents one category from getting overused while others are ignored. Popular rewards don’t run out too quickly, so the catalog stays complete and consistent for all users.
  • Misuse prevention: Limits how much can be redeemed from a category, helping prevent misuse or fraud without needing manual checks.
  • Better ongoing engagement: Monthly limits encourage users to come back and redeem over time, instead of using all their points at once.
03 — Send multiple denominations in one transaction  The “Send Individually” flow now supports multiple denominations of the same brand for a single recipient in one transaction.  For teams managing high-volume gifting, seasonal rewards, sales incentives, bulk disbursements, this removes the need to create separate transactions for different value variants. Fewer steps, fewer errors, and faster fulfilment.

04 — Dedicated travel report  A single report now ties every hotel and flight redemption to the relevant member, including booking reference, route or hotel name, points debited, cash amount, and transaction date. Filterable by category, member, status, and date range.  For reward programs where travel is a significant part of the redemption mix, this replaces referencing across multiple reports. One audit-ready view for tracking utilization, managing budgets, and reporting program ROI to stakeholders.  05 — Product category column in redemption reports  Redemption reports now include a Product Category column showing whether users redeemed gift cards, merchandise, experiences, or lounge access. This is available in your dashboard as well as CSV exports.  Clients who can see category-level redemption patterns are better positioned to understand popular categories that drive engagement, retire low-performing categories, and run promotions that drive the outcomes they want.  Available for storefront integration customers.

07 — Custom support contact across communications  Clients can now choose to display a dedicated support contact across the reward marketplace and outbound communications.  When users need assistance, they now see your team’s contact details instead of a generic default. This ensures they reach the right team directly, rather than navigating through incorrect channels

Other Improvements

01 — Hotel confirmation numbers delivered automatically  User can now receive their hotel confirmation number via email as soon as it is available after booking. The platform monitors each confirmed booking and triggers the notification automatically.   02 — Passenger name validation on travel bookings  Real-time validation on passenger name fields now flags errors before the user confirms a booking, for both domestic and international travel.  Catching these errors before the user hits confirm means fewer failed bookings.

03 — Discount amount tracking in reports  Discount amounts now appear as a dedicated column in reports, displayed in your account’s base currency.  Available for Rewards API customers.
