What is Brand KYC?

Some brands, such as Amazon India, Amazon Canada, Amazon UK, Amazon Italy, Mastercard, and others, require specific KYC (Know Your Business) information before you can send brand vouchers to your recipients. If you see this card on the Plum Admin portal, which reads:
Then, you must submit the Brand KYC to send vouchers from these brands. This is a requirement for specific brands like Amazon.

Form 1: Amazon India brand KYC verification

This form is required to use Amazon India gift cards as a reward on the Xoxoday platform. For assistance, email cs@xoxoday.com

Fill in your organisation details

Complete the following required fields:
  • Registered email address
  • Company name (legal name)
  • Business category
  • Reward use case
  • Annual reward spend
  • Description of your reward program and its goals

Upload supporting documents

Upload the following documents. Each field accepts drag-and-drop or file browse:Click Submit once all fields and documents are complete.

Form 2: KYB verification for prepaid instruments and digital wallets

This form is required to issue Visa/Mastercard prepaid cards or digital wallet rewards such as PayPal and Venmo. It is processed by NReach Online Service Pvt Ltd (Xoxoday). Important: The approval process typically takes 2–4 business days. The issuing partner conducts a thorough verification of your business details before granting approval. All information submitted must be complete and accurate, as it will be shared with the respective card issuers and partners for approval. For specific queries, contact your designated SPOC or email cs@xoxoday.com

Section 1: User and business information

Provide the following details about your organisation and the person submitting the form:
  • Registered Email ID
  • Name (first and last name)
  • Designation / Title — your current role in the company
  • Organisation (Legal Registered) Name
  • Company Brand Name
  • Number of employees in the organisation
  • Type of business
  • TAX ID — any relevant ID such as TAX, VAT, EIN, or GST
  • Official Website URL — enter in correct URL format
  • Country of Business Formation
  • Date of Business Formation — in DD-MM-YYYY format
  • Has the company now or in the past been subject to any lawsuits or regulatory actions? — select from the dropdown
Click Next to proceed to the following sections of the form.

Apply for Verification

Click on the ‘Apply for Verification’ button.

  • Business category (select the closest option from a drop-down)
  • Reward use-case (Select the closes applicable option from the drop-down)
  • Estimate annual spend
  • A brief description of your reward program

  • Company registration certificate
  • Company ID document (a GST certificate or PAN card)
  • Upload a valid Business Address Proof? (An electricity bill or telephone bill)
  • Upload a declaration on a company letterhead
