The Switch Account feature allows you to switch between multiple Xoxoday Plum accounts associated with your login credentials. To switch between accounts:

Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Plum Admin Dashboard.

Select Switch Account.

Select the required account from the list of associated accounts

You are redirected to the selected account and can access it based on the permissions assigned to your user profile. If the required account is not available in the list, ensure that your user profile has been added to that account. Feedback or Questions: Reach out to us at cs@xoxoday.com.
